All our bacon is dry cured by our butchers, selecting the best pork middles they use a traditional method of rubbing curing salt into pork, Its then left for 7 -10 day to absorb the salt after which it is hung to dry before slicing. All our bacon come with the rind on so when cooked become lovely and crispy.
Smoked in our own smoker using oak sawdust to give it that distinct smokey flavour.
