Welcome to the Lower Clopton Farm Shop website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders

  • All orders must be collected in person at Lower Clopton Farm Shop on the date selected during the online ordering process.

  • The quantities specified on the website will be as close as possible to the weight required, but slight variations may occur due to natural product differences.

  • To guarantee your Christmas order, we must receive it by Friday 5th December 2025.

2. Changes to Orders

  • Orders cannot be modified online once submitted.

  • If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us directly by telephone at 01386438236 Option 1. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Any alterations, amendments, or add-ons to your order after Friday 5th December 2025 will incur a £5.00 administration fee.

3. Collection

  • Orders must be collected in person at the farm shop. We are unable to deliver or hold orders for later collection.

  • Please ensure you arrive on the selected date to collect your order.

4. Product Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item is unavailable, please contact us on 01386438236 Option 1 to discuss alternatives.

5. Payment

  • Payments can be made in full at the time of purchase, or you may choose to pay in 3 interest-free installments through Klarna.
  • Payment is processed online at the time of order. Please ensure your payment details are correct.

6. Liability

  • Lower Clopton Farm Shop cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising from products after collection, including storage, handling, or consumption.
