With excellent marbling it's always juicy and tender, whether doing a traditional roast or slow cooking for pulled pork. Our butchers hand score the skin for the perfect crackling.
Top tip: dry the skin, rub in butter or lard and then add a generous sprinkling of sea salt and give another rub.
