A true Easter classic, our Simnel Cake is lovingly handmade by us here at Lower Clopton Farm Shop using a traditional recipe.
Rich, moist fruit cake packed with vine fruits, gently spiced and layered through the centre with golden marzipan, then finished with a smooth marzipan topping and the classic eleven toasted marzipan balls. Every cake is baked in small batches for a deep, comforting flavour and a beautifully even crumb.
Perfect with a cup of tea, for Easter celebrations, or as a thoughtful seasonal gift.
