Spend the evening meeting the farmers, hear first-hand how our animals are reared and crops are grown, and ask any questions you’ve ever had about truly local, sustainable produce.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYour evening begins with a delicious starter of short rib of beef en croute, before enjoying a carefully prepared main course showcasing beef from our farm: roasted sirloin of beef served with potatoes, seasonal vegetables, a traditional Yorkshire pudding and fresh horseradish sauce, made with horseradish from our garden. To finish, enjoy apple and pear pie made with fruit from our orchard, served warm with vanilla custard.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWith just \u003cstrong\u003e40 tickets available\u003c\/strong\u003e, this is an intentionally small and sociable gathering.
